Why Strategenia exists
Strategenia was born from what we saw on the ground. As a startup and business advisor, I kept running into the same blind spots: organizations moving ahead without a clear picture of how they actually work, decisions made without the full view, and costly audits that end up gathering dust in a drawer.
I wanted a tool that does the opposite: not a snapshot frozen once a year, but a living portrait that sharpens with every cycle and answers one simple question: what should we improve first?

Who is behind Strategenia
I’m Samuel Goulet, founder of Strategenia. My work as a startup and business advisor kept surfacing the same difficulty: leaders have plenty of information, but struggle to turn it into a clear overall picture — and to decide where to act first.
I built Strategenia to support that decision over time. The platform helps teams assess their capabilities, confront their perceptions with the available data, and track their improvement priorities. The judgment of the people who know the organization stays at the centre of the approach.
I also publish ROMO, the open organizational maturity standard. Its public access lets anyone examine the dimensions Strategenia uses and understand the framework behind the assessment.
Today, participating organizations shape the product through their real use and honest feedback. Strategenia is operated by Gestion S.G., based in Terrebonne, Québec.
