Why Strategenia exists
Strategenia was born from what we saw on the ground. As a startup and business advisor, I kept running into the same blind spots: organizations moving ahead without a clear picture of how they actually work, decisions made without the full view, and costly audits that end up gathering dust in a drawer.
I wanted a tool that does the opposite: not a snapshot frozen once a year, but a living portrait that sharpens with every cycle and answers one simple question: what should we improve first?
