Information we collect
- Beta sign-up form: name, email, organization, organization size and role, which you provide to us voluntarily.
- Browsing data: through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, we collect usage data (page views, device, interactions, anonymized session recordings) in order to improve the site.
- Technical logs: IP address and server data, retained for security.
Purposes
We use this information solely to: contact you about the beta program; understand and improve the use of the site; ensure the security of our systems. We never sell your information.
Cookies and consent
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity place measurement cookies. You can decline them through the consent banner and your browser settings, without this affecting access to the site.
Disclosure to third parties
Browsing data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), which may involve a transfer outside Quebec. These providers act as processors. Our hosting is provided on servers that we control.
Retention
Beta sign-ups are kept for the duration of the relationship with the program, then deleted upon request or when they are no longer necessary. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s and Microsoft’s retention settings.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 25, you have the right to access your information, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to obtain its portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to samy.goulet@gmail.com; we respond within the timeframes provided by law.

This policy may be updated. Any significant change will be indicated on this page with a new update date.
