One audit a year won’t move an organization forward

The snapshot sits in a drawer, priorities slip away, and six months later nothing has moved. Real progress comes from a living loop: you measure, you prioritize, you act, then you start again.

According to the Harvard Business Review, 67% of well-crafted strategies fail for lack of execution, not for lack of ideas.

Frequently asked questions

What is Strategenia?

Strategenia is a web platform for continuous organizational improvement. It maps your organization across 63 maturity cells grouped by domain, scores each one from 0 to 4, then automatically calculates where to act first.

Who is it built for?

For the leaders and management teams of SMEs and nonprofits, social-economy organizations, and the management consultants who support them — in Quebec and across the French-speaking world.

How is it different from an organizational audit?

An audit is a frozen snapshot, produced once and then filed away. Strategenia is a living picture: it updates with every cycle, prioritizes the actions and tracks progress over time.

How much does it cost?

The first 20 companies to sign up get their first year free, in exchange for their feedback. Once those 20 spots are filled, beta registration closes until the official launch — after which Strategenia will move to standard pricing.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Every organization lives in a walled-off space: only the members you invite can access it, according to the role you assign them. Your data stays under your control and is hosted in compliance with Law 25, with built-in rights of access, deletion and portability.

How do you create a Strategenia account?

In two minutes, right online: you create your account, your organization gets a private space that you own, and the express track gives you a first picture in about twenty minutes. You can then invite your team and assign roles — administrator, contributor or viewer. The first 20 companies to sign up enjoy their first year free.

Does Strategenia integrate with my tools?

Yes. 24 tools can be connected — QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Shopify, Mailchimp and more. Their indicators (net margin, win rate, revenue growth…) corroborate what your team reports, and Strategenia can post a weekly maturity summary in Slack. Only numeric indicators are stored — never your transactions or your contacts.
